This page explains where to ask questions, report bugs, and route Community Edition support work.

Use the right channel

  • Bug report: open an issue with reproduction steps
  • Install problem: open an issue and include platform, Node version, and the failing command
  • Docs fix: open an issue or pull request with the broken page and the proposed correction
  • Feature proposal: open an issue describing the problem, constraints, and tradeoffs
  • Security issue: do not use public issues; follow the Security Policy

Issue hygiene

Good issue reports include:

  • exact command or page
  • expected behavior
  • actual behavior
  • logs or screenshots when useful
  • local environment details

Maintainer triage labels

For the OSS beta, maintainers keep triage simple:

  • p0-install
  • p0-workflow
  • docs
  • good first issue
  • deferred

Maintainer operating model

  • two issue triage windows per week
  • one workflow-bug grooming pass per week
  • one public roadmap or changelog update per week
  • no AI-autonomous public moderation or community posting without human approval
